What affects the price

How the estimate is built

The calculator adds up three parts. The base is the starting price of the chosen site type: landing page 450 €, business card site 590 €, corporate website 990 € and online store 1490 €. These are the same starting prices shown on our service pages.

The second part is design. A template-based design leaves the starting price unchanged, a custom design multiplies it by 1.5, because instead of adapting a ready layout every page view is designed separately.

Third come the selected extras, each a fixed amount: additional language 250 €, blog 200 €, payment and delivery integration 400 €, initial SEO setup 300 €, CRM or 1C integration 500 € and copywriting 250 €. The result is shown as a range: the lower bound is the calculated sum, the upper bound is 40% higher, both rounded to the nearest ten euros.

What the estimate includes and what it does not

The estimate covers design and development of the chosen site type within the scope of the starting price, plus the extras you ticked. What exactly each package contains is described on the page of the corresponding service.

  • VAT (24%) is not included
  • Domain and hosting are separate running costs
  • Maintenance after launch is a separate service
  • Advertising, photo, video and branding are priced separately
  • Fees of payment and delivery providers are paid directly to them

How an estimate differs from a fixed quote

The calculator knows only three choices: type, design and extras. It does not know how many pages you really have, whether texts and photos exist, or how complex the integrations are. That is why the result is a range, not a price.

How accurate is the calculator?+

The calculator gives a guide based on market ranges. The final cost depends on the project details and is fixed in a quote after a conversation.

Why is the price shown as a range?+

Real projects differ in content volume, page count and feature complexity. A range reflects this more honestly than a single number.

Do prices include VAT?+

No, prices are without VAT (24%). This is the standard for B2B estimates in Estonia.

Can I pay in stages?+

Yes. For larger projects we split payment into stages tied to results.

Why does custom design raise the price by half?+

With a template we adapt a ready layout to your content and colours. With custom design we draw every page view from scratch and build it separately, which takes more designer and developer time.

Does the additional language option cover several languages?+

No, the calculator counts one additional language. If you need, say, Estonian, Russian and English, we add further languages in the quote according to the amount of content.

Does the calculator include domain and hosting?+

No. Domain and hosting are running costs that do not depend on the price of building the site.

What should I send to get a fixed price?+

The site type, an approximate number of pages, a couple of examples of sites you like, whether texts and photos are ready, the integrations you need and your preferred deadline.
