How patients in Estonia look for a dentist
The search is rarely generic. A patient types 'dental implant price', 'teeth whitening Tallinn' or 'emergency dentist today', so they are after a specific procedure and its cost. The second common question is whether the clinic accepts the Tervisekassa (Estonian Health Insurance Fund) dental benefit and whether children are treated free of charge. If the site does not say, they call a clinic whose site does.
Before booking, patients read Google reviews and check who will treat them. A doctor's photo, specialty and working languages matter more than a general text about the clinic. For expats, an English-speaking dentist is often the deciding factor.
