What is UX
In short
UX, or user experience, means how easy and clear a website or product is to use. Good UX lets a visitor do what they came for quickly and without friction.
UX is not the same as design. A site can look beautiful but be awkward: it is unclear where to click, the form does not work, everything is tiny on mobile.
UX is about how easily a visitor reaches their goal: find a service, understand the price, send an inquiry. If it is easy, they do it. If it is hard, they leave.
Why UX matters for business
Every obstacle on a site loses some visitors. Good UX reduces those losses: the same traffic produces more inquiries. You do not pay for extra visitors, you simply lose fewer of the ones who already came.
